Refund and Replacement:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a refund, the accuracy of the database that you download should be below 85% i.e., a bounce rate of over 15%.
To complete your refund, we need a proof i.e., a copy of the bounced records to be sent to email@example.com with further information on the total number of contacts that were exported so we can calculate if the bounce rate is over 15% and evaluate the contacts that are said to be undeliverable before processing a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
If the accuracy of the database is above 70% and below 85%, you will be eligible for a partial refund (For example: If you have a bounce rate of 25% we will refund 25% of the paid fee, whereas if the bounce rate is anywhere over 35% we will refund the entire fee paid by you for specific database.
Once your proof for the refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
